Types of personal data we collect and use

In order for us to work with you, we will need the following information from you

  • Credit card details for setting up and processing payments

    Your data is necessary for us to provide a service to you, it is stored securely so that your identity is protected. It is used for accounting purposes and to comply with our legal obligations.

    We do not use your data for marketing purposes, we may contact to you occasionally in relation to the services we provide you with.

    Sharing of your personal data

    We will not share your data without your consent unless forced to do so by a court of law.

    Data retention

    We will hold your personal data for six years after closing your account with us, for the purpose meeting our accounting and legal requirements. The records you enter onto the system for your accounting purposes will be deleted automatically when your account is closed or you fail to keep up your monthly payments in accordance with our Terms of Business. If you wish to retain your accounting records and client data you must download or print a copy off before closing your account with us.
